The Indiana Diverse Truckers Association (IDTA) is an organization of entrepreneurs owning trucking companies; mostly small carriers newer to the business and maneuvering the path to success. Many of these carriers are owned by minorities who migrated from outside the United States and are here to achieve the American dream.
The IDTA is supported by many successful industry leaders, helping others to be successful as well. This mixture of cultures, ethnicities, and beliefs makes this organization different from others. Members of the IDTA are here, working together to improve the image of the trucking industry and gain respect for our drivers. We stand with each other on good days, and bad to protect truckers against discrimination and unjustified actions.
